Todd Peak
Todd Peak is the founder and president of A Mustard Seed Ministry. A software engineer and carpenter by trade, Todd has spent decades faithfully serving God in the everyday — and is now answering God’s call to full-time ministry in El Salvador. He and his wife Alicia are making this journey together alongside their six children.

Jane Arnold
Jane Arnold serves as Secretary, filling the role with experience shaped by a career in IT and servant leadership. She loves sharing what Jesus has done in her life and is fueled by her compassion for others. Jane is stepping into a deeper calling to serve Christ through faithful administration and a heart to love all people well.
Treasurer
Mark McDaniel
Mark McDaniel is a husband, father, and follower of Christ. He believes that faith is meant to be lived out through obedience, stewardship, and service.
His life is centered on honoring God, strengthening his family, and using what He has entrusted to him for His Kingdom. He believes even the smallest act of faithfulness can carry eternal purpose when it is surrendered to Christ.

Pat Smith
Pat Smith serves with the men’s ministry and mow team at Christ’s Church at Mason. Was part of the Sunday school program as well as working with high school ministry for 20 years. Graduated as well as taught in our Deeper Life University program. Serving is what he knows the Lord has for him in his life and what he would like to be an example for others in their walk with Christ.
